Brickwork around window on inside wet.
Anonymous user 09/03/2024 - 2.54 PM
I noticed today that the wall around window on the inside was wet. No condensation and think I could see a small drip in corner. Could it be window needs resealing in the outside?
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

More than likely.
Scrape away under the sills to see what you find and then you can use expanding foam if the gap is large, over 6mm or use a good sealant if it is 6mm or less.
If you use expanding foam mask off around all edges and put something on the floor as it is mind bogglingly sticky.
Let it go off for a day and then use a sharp knife to trim it back. Use any filler to give a smooth finish and then repaint.
