Builder now in breach of contract has left the skip and scaffolding on site

I want the scaffolding removed but there's no signage to say who the scaffolders were and the skip company wants the builder to authorise collection and he has obviously blocked this

this is really a dispute between you and your builder you need to communicate with your builder to resolve the situation regardless of who is to blame skips & scaffolding cost money its not really in anyones best interest to keep them their unnecessarily. good luck alex

yes put right whats gone wrong,,, every builder has a heart somewhere just begin by a telephone call and be polite thats it all will be resolved
