Is it possible to re grout my slate kitchen tiles?

The grout is very discoloured after 20 years and i can't find a product that cleans grout well. Is there a product that works wonders and what is teh best tile sealant to buy ?
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

There are few proper grout cleaner that ypu can by at topps tiles or the tile choise.
Try to mix crystal soda with a bit of white vinegar (polish shops are the best for white vinegar).
When the mix is like a putty apply to the grout and let it works for 10mins and clean with water afterwards.
If it does not work like that please consider to regrout.

After 20 years i would suggest it is worth re grouting to provide longevity to your tiles....cleaning will not last that long. I would suggest an anti mould water resistant grout. It will also make your your kitchen tiles look new again.

Hi HG make a range of tile cleaners.
they also do a grout cleaner and a Degreasing product all work very well providing you follow the instructions on the bottle.
you could also try disclean. although a bit strong water down and apply to joints with an old fashion style scrubbing brush. hope this is of some help
