Gas boiler - Flue repair

Who should I invite to repair a flue? I have recently had my roof redone. The same day the work was completed the boiler didn't work that evening, which I appreciate could be an unlucky coincidence! I have had various gas engineers in to look at it but the Potterton engineer came today and said the flue needed to be repaired and fully inspected. Who would carry out this work ? Many thanks
