Showerforce SF902-T...not heating up totally..turned r/h knob fully on...

this shower will not heat up totally, on the "set" 38 it is cold..I pressed red button and turned shower on full and even on full setting it is only just warm...what can I do to cure problem please...there is no debris in inline filters...shower not very old but outside warranty.....this is a plain mixer shower..no pump..this is not an electric shower..I feel that the problem might be in the thermostatic cartridge...this has a grub screw under to enable removal...?...can this cartridge be cleaned or adjusted ??...Thanks

Hello Mikki.
Sorry, I assumed it was an electric shower unit. There is an adjustment which needs to be checked and serviced by a proffessional. It may just need adjusting but it may also need to be serviced.

Shower temperature can be adjusted and if thats not helps, cartridge will need to be changed
