ICF System why this system is not popular to build a double extesion

Any builder with experience in ICF System? I went to home building renovation exposition and saw this demonstration why this method is not popular ? I would like a builder with experience in this system to explain me why is not popular as i cannot find any builder to do my double extension using ICF.
