Flexible adhesive to glue insulation boards?

Hi, we have been advised to glue down some insulation boards as opposed to screwing them as the dpm membrane could get damaged. What type of adhesive should we use? Something suitable for xps insulation boards, we guess solvent free but we welcome advice if you have done this before as cannot find what is suitable for this job.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Silkaflex, Sticksall or Nemesis are good. But make sure it's solvent free and a flexible adhesive.

i would suggest to use a general purpose silicone or liquid nails
