my neighbour has cut into our conservatory felt roof and cut our facia board without asking permission,,where do i stand on this legally

Any damage to your property caused by your neighbors tradesmen is totally unacceptable. Without you giving permission they should not touch any part of your property. If your not happy with what they have done speak to your neighbor and share your concerns. If you have no joy speak to citizens advice in your local area.
