Penetrating damp from top of the chimney

I had survey and that show penetrating damp from top of chimney I need to understand what trade I need thanks

Chimney and fireplaces if there is the need to install a chimney flue cap or the lining is blocked and might be causing condensation, roofing aswell encase there is a problem with the led flashing and a bricklayer if there is a need to repoint the chimney stack.Before all this you need an experienced general builder to do a full investigation of the problem and be able to tell you what is causing the problem

You need a roofer or an advanced builder sounds like a leadwork issue to me it would taķe a lot for water ingress to penetrate below roof level from flaunching height
