Boiler lock out mode

I live in a rental property and the boiler is in lock out mode(red light) I have money on the meter I have hot water and gas coming out for the cooker but nothing for the heating, have tried reseating it but the boiler still stays on red lock out mode please help thanks the boiler is a suprima 50 HE if that helps it has no pressure gage on it so don't know how to get it off lock mode

It's the diverter valve boiler problem. You probably meed a new diverter valve. When faulty, the valve locks on Hot water. Hence, you have hot water but not central heating.

Check the pressure on the gauge is at 1 bar
