Want to re roof with no rear access

I'm wanting a whole new pitched roof on a mid terraced house in the near future. My house has no rear access as I'm mid terrace and have gardens behind me. Will this be a problem?

you can pass most of the. rubbish from the back to the front for disposal but without the ability to erect scaffolding at the rear for safety yes,you will have difficulty finding someone to do the job.
