constant dry running warning on Wilo pump

this might just be a big pain in the bum air lock I can't shift but thought i'd ask if Wilo yonos pico pimps have any history of being temperamental. Have drained down and vented several times but it just keep going into fault so no bloody heating!!! any tips for shifting air lock in 8mm microbore?

Are you sure its an 'air lock' or just simply poor or no circulation due sludge/debris? Microbore is susceptible to this if poorly maintained due to the small diameter water ways, especially 8mm!
