fitting integrated oven with plug

Do i just take out the old oven and literally plug in the new one ?

This depends on a lot of things, kw rating of the new appliance, how is the old one fed, has the new one already got a flex on it etc etc.

Most New Cookers now are Low Energy and can just be plugged straight into existing Kitchen Supply, or Fuse down your existing cooker supply. But as answered already depends on Kw/h rating.
