Removing stains from altro non slip bathroom flooring

Hey, I just got my flat and the previous owner had a wetroom installed. From the looks of it, it's been there years. Anyway I can't get rid of stains/marks on the flooring. Everything I have tried makes no impact. They look a bit like rust stains from a disabled shower chair, but that would be a wild guess. I would rather not have to rip the flooring up if I can get away with it. Any ideas?

i would give a karndean cleaner ago. but try a pvc cleaner 1st. worth a try
