Radiators come on with hot water?

I've recently moved into a property and have noticed that the radiators come on when the hot waters switched on. No doubt this is costing a fortune, so I really want to get it fixed. I have a condensing logic boiler (3 yrs old) hot and cold water tanks. Please help!..

The dirverter valve in the airing cupboard may be stuck or faulty

Hi,
Sounds like your diverter valve in the airing cupboard is passing or jammed.
Check the lever on the valve is not stuck in the manual position, with the heat and water turned off at the timer this lever should be stiff but you can push it over and it will return back due to a spring.
