Insulated plasterboards

I have rendered my internal external walls. Do I need to put kingspan insulated plasterboards on for extra protection? Or is it better to use normal plasterboards around 7/10mm? Thank you

yes i would use kingspan insulated plasterboards because you have rendered the walls which will make them waterproof but sand and cement is cold so the insulated boards are definitely a better job
