BG WR1 no flashing light so no heating

Turned wireless thermostat up to call for heating but radiators coming on. Water is coming on, pump to water on. Appears there is no red flashing light (every 5 mins) for the receiver, hence no heating. Have switched off mains for 5 seconds, but still no lights on the receiver. Batteries checked & even replaced. ????? Thanks

When you switch off the main, the link between the wireless and receiver breaks. They can be relinked, following manufacturer instruction, or the thermostat is faulty. This can be easily checked on site.
