Vaillant Eco Tec never reaching target flow temp

I have a vaillant eco tec 831 boiler. The radiator target temp is set to 75C, but the temp never gets near that, its hovering around 30-40C. I know the boiler is running the central heating as the radiators are luke warm but are not getting hot. Is there a simple fix for this issue or do I need a boiler engineer? The heating is being run by Salus it500 Thanks

Sounds like a circulation issue, if your not getting a good return temperature the boiler will cut itself out, as the flow will be running to high.
Could be down to blockages or sludge issues
A power flush could sort this
