Levelling floor with kitchen units in olace
Anonymous user 28/02/2024 - 3.31 PM
I've removed old tiles and need to level floor before laying underfloor heating ! I really don't want to remove the units - is there anyway to work around them ??? Don't need the level to go underneath them, but also don't want to get the legs stuck

Use a self levelling compound, if needed remove the plinths and wind the feet up on the units a couple of mm. once the self level has gone off wind the feet back down

Good afternoon, you can buy something called selfleveler it's a liquid that you poor over the floor and it levels all the deep patchs out so all you would have to do is batten around the edge of the units so the liquid doesn't go underneath the units, I hope this information helps l, good luck
