Advice on blockwork shed and rendering

Anonymous user 28/02/2024 - 3.30 PM

I'm currently planning to build a 10x10 blockwork shed at the end of the garden and one side will be close to neighbours fence. This is fine as I'm within my boundary BUT how do I deal with finishing that side of the outside wall as I won't be able to access to render it / paint it?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Dear Sir, you won't be able to render or paint it until you have excess. We come across such situations everyday. The best thing can be, speak with your neighbour, remove their fence panel and render it or paint it. Hope It helps. Regards

Hello, it’s impossible to paint or render that side of its close to the neighbours fence. My advice would be to kindly ask your neighbour if you could remove the fence for a day so you can access that side.
