Do i need plaster the brick walls under the bath tub

The bath tub has been installed in the area that i want but under the bath tub there is still exposed brick walls. Would that need to be plastered too as above the bath tub brick wall has been plastered.

No, as long as the plaster stops below the rim of the bath, it will be fine

No as won't be seen when bath panel fitted,
