New Toilet, or change cloakroom to toilet

What is the minimum space need for toilet and small sink ? And how long need it to build it ?

All depends on size of room really & how close you want toilet to be next to wall bath or any other object but generally speaking toilet cisterns are around 400mm wide. U can also buy toilets with basin built on top of cistern if space is a real issue.
