Plumbing

No hot water after new unvented system..

Anonymous user 28/02/2024 - 3.30 PM

I have had an unvented system installed that feeds off a biomass boiler. I have had no hot water since this boiler has been installed, though I do have heating.. using Google and just looking at it I think it's the pump which is a yonos para R525/6-rka mc as I believe that only caters for heating and not hot water (but I am not a plumber).. any advice would be fantastic...

Call back the installers or another engineer to take a look.

Be very careful with unvented cylinders they are amazing but should always be checked and serviced by a G3 unvented engineer. Call a plumber or the installer to check the issue asap
