Removal of an outdoor toilet
Anonymous user 09/03/2024 - 2.51 PM
Hi, I have an outdoor loo in the yard of a victorian terrace I have purchased. There is no longer a loo in it, which has been capped of, and the roof is falling in. It joins onto a neighbours wall as well. What do I need to do to remove it?

talk to your neighbor ,explain what you intend to do and why,if you are going to demolish and not rebuild you should make shore after you have taken it down that you leave it so no water can ingress into your neighbors part of the building.

if you just want someone to do this work then a general builder will come and take it down and remove the materials and any waste and cap any water supply off and make safe of area
