I strongly recommend you contact your structural engineer for this information. The design of a foundation for a column takes into account many factors not just providing you with a foundation size. It is the responsibility of the engineer to not only design the structure the column is supporting but also ensure the load is sufficiently taken down to a suitable foundation taking into account the ground conditions.
