Foundations footings

Can you tell me how much sand/ ballast and cement will I need to fill the footings of 12sqm at 1 metre deep and 30 cm wide. Would it be cheaper to buy Ready mix cement or do the job manually with a mixer.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Wrong information its a maths equation you need the cubic meterage M3 to work out the quants i think you can find the formula on line there are 6m3 on a big concrete ready mix lorry !

12 m by 1 m deep! 1 meter deep is a hell of a depth , is this trench fill? if this is the true depth I recomend a concrete wagon and some help on the wheel barrow!
