New Bathroom - Moving toilet
Anonymous user 09/03/2024 - 2.51 PM
Hi all. I am looking to get my bathroom re-done and need to move the toilet. There is a pipe on the outside of the house that has a vent on top, I assume this is the soil stack/vent pipe, but this appears to be located inline with the middle of the bathroom wall whereas my toilet is currently in one corner. Ideally I would like to move the toilet along the wall to where the soil pipe appears to be, would this be possible or will there be a separate soil pipe that attaches to the stack?

The toilet should go into that soil stack if that is the only one outside of the building you will be able to move the toilet but work to the stack might need to be done to allow enough fall for waist water to flush away
