Hi, I'm building an office in the garden. How many breeze blocks are required for 12sqm. Also, do I have to dig footings? If so, how deep do I need to dig. Or would it be easier to lay a concrete foundation in the area first.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

There are 10 standard blocks to a m2 so you will need 120 blocks .ideally you will need to dig footings approx 1metre deep and at least 300mm of concrete.
you may be able to put in a base and thicken the edges but you will probably need to install re inforcing.
