Rendering my wall after damp proofing

Hi, I have a wall with rising damp that I have hacked off the plaster a metre high and treated. What ratio of sand to cement do I use and what type of sand. Regards Paul

3 and 1,2 sharp sand 1 plastering sand 1 cement or you can use all sharp sand if you like but by adding plastering sand to the mix makes it more appliable oh and don't forget the waterproofer

I use the following and it has never let me down for over 20 years! 4 buckets of sand 1 bucket of cement 1 litre SBR (waterproof bonding agent) Around 150ml plasticisers Wet the wall down prior and treat with Antiluphate first.
