Drainage on drive

Anonymous user 15/03/2024 - 2.35 PM

I had a drive put in at the back of my house last summer. The person who did it didn't elevate it or put any drainage in and it is flooding quite badly. Please, could someone advise me of the best solution to stop the drive flooding. Thankyou.

A run of channel drains from side to side should have been cemented in place and linked using 110mm underground pipe to a pre prepared soak away filled with either broken hardcore or plastic crates before the drive was laid.. any professional would know this and should have brought it to the customers attention and provided the given solution.

You can make a soak away 4 or 5 meters away from house and put aquar drains across the front to drain water
