Carpet on top of laminate floor

Hi my laminate floor is starting to look grubby. As I am on my own with back problems it is going to be too much for me to remove it. Is it possible to carpet over it and if so what is the best type of carpet to use. Many thanks Kind regards

You can carpet over laminate but will probably need to trim bottom of doors
