how to remove a wall that is not a weight bearing wall and has a radiator and socket on both sides of the wall

If the wall is just a stud partition then it is not load bearing. It is simple to knock down. A hammer will do it. (If it is a brick wall, then be careful, it may well be load bearing). The main problem you then have is removing the radiators and probably replacing one of the radiators in a differnt position. This is in fact very easy and cheap, and I would need to see the radiators and look at where a new radtiator may be needed, if one is needed at all. But on what you say, this is all quite a simple job.

First get a plumber to remove the radiator and cap the pipes. Then an electrician to make sure the sockets and wires are not live and removed if they are in the way. Once done the wall can be taken down. This has to be done with care if the radiator pipes are still in place. If the plumber has time the pipes could be taken out or re-routed when he removes the radiator.

A general builder would advise you on all of this.Post it as a job for someone to take a look as ive lost count of the amount of times people have said its not "loadbearing" and it was.Clearly you havent been advised on this project yet otherwise you would have all of your answers.Its not a big job and definetly worth getting a tradesman to do the work anyway.

How do you know its not load bearing.
Before you can take down the wall, you need a spark to remove electrics and make safe, plumber to remove rad.

drain down the heating system and remove radiators, cut back pipes to ceiling height and cap off, support the ceilings both sides of the wall and remove the wall. fit lintel or rsj as required and make good, regards Terry.
