Can't lift lid on dual flush cistern - already removed screw!

already removed the screw and the buttons etc, but the lid still wont lift. front moves up a tiny bit but feel like the back might be glued down or something?
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Hi Lolo23,
I have seen on numerous occasions that plumbers had stuck the lid down with silicone sealant. Have a look on the back edge where usually stuck and see if it will prise away.
