Fitting new radiator to plasterboard

Hi there, We're looking to get this radiator fitted to one of the walls in our house : http://www.diy.com/departments/ximax-vulkan-square-vertical-radiator-anthracite-h1800-mm-w585-mm/56469_BQ.prd The wall is made of plasterboard over a wooden frame and behind the plasterboard is the external wall of the house. The radiator is about 40kg unfilled so it's heavy. Will we be able to fix it to the wall as is or will we need to get someone to secure it some other way? Thanks.

Fitting radiators to plaster walls is now very common. It is easy to do, with the right raw plugs.

Reinforce plasterboard (inside partition wall) with PLY wood, then just screw in. Tested !

You can hang these radiators using umbrella bolts. I would recommend the metal ones not the plastic ones

Yes you can hang the radiator on the wall as long as you have the correct screws to do so i would recommend an hollow wall anchor for this as it is the best fixture to use.
