What is the right way to do gutters on this house?

Hello! I am thinking of the way gutters are done on the facade of my building: https://goo.gl/maps/dxn2Z4X3U6J2 Please have a look at the Google street view - my building is the one with the Select sign on it. I am currently repairing the facade and thinking what shall I do with the gutters that go across the dormer windows. Looking forward to hearing your suggestions Thanks in advance Regards, Roman
