Standard 40mm waste pipe joining the square RWP

Anonymous user 09/03/2024 - 2.49 PM

Hi there, I was thinking of drilling a 40mm hole in the square RWP and then just stick the the waste pipe in sightly to it but have realised the cut edges might be sharp and over time, will trap hairs, leaves etc and eventually will block it. Is there a neater finish like using a square strap on thing or something similar? Regards, Simon CARDIFF

Hello, im not a plumber but try a 40mm rubber boss adaptor. Before installing get some fine grade sandpaper to rub the edges of all your cuts to have smooth edges. Hope this helps. PPS
