Asbestos sheet in ceiling

There is a few ways this can be done without harming the aspestos

I'll use expanding foam to fit plasterboard over the asbestos. The foam fill up any gap, crack, split and grab like nothing else. Best mDucanon

As far as I'm aware, your suggestion is the best method of doing it. Although you may have to make yourself a few props to hold up the sheet overnight whilst the adhesive goes off. Have you considered another fixing method? If you're in any doubt of your safety then you should get in touch with an asbestos specialist!
