Noisy pipes,constant trickling water pipes

On flushing toilet the noise is horrendous.Kitchen pipes seem to be constantly filling and can be heard under the bath upstairs.Turning sink taps on downstairs also makes the same noise under bath.What is happening please.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

If its only just started doing it, probly faulty ball valve
