Hot water tap in bathroom

Had combi boiler fitted last week. The boiler is right next to the kitchen sink taps but water takes ages to get warm > hot. Upstairs in the bathroom however, the wash basin tap gets warm straight away. Why is that?

did you have a hot water cylinder before combi?,it will depend on how they connected to original pipework,ask them what they have done.
