I've just had Elite St Malo fence panels fitted by a fencer and have paid the bill. It's early days, but he hasn't yet provided a warranty certificate and isn't answering my queries clearly. So far, he has said that, should a manufacturing fault become evident, I should deal personally with he manufacturer. Would my invoice and proof of payment be sufficient should I ever need to claim? Also, is the warranty period panels 10 years or 15 years? I am asking Grange, who produce the fences, as well as the local supplier where my fencer bought the panels, but they haven't responded yet. Day advice here would be most helpful. Thanks!
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?
I am John, I offer all of my clients a guarantee when the job is finished I gave them a receipt for my work so I tell them if there is any problems with the job I will come myself and fixes because at the end of the day they paid me not The person that made it is not responsible it's me from buying it from him so I should take it back to him not the person in the house paid me i back all my work with a written guarantee so they don't have any problems they just call me if I'm available I will come back and fix it not a problem I only work on recommendation not bad recommendations everything is backed up 100% guaranteed with no questions asked
