How long to fit a shower room?

How long should it take to install a shower, wash and basin, lavatory and towel rail in a new en suite. Joiner is doing the tiling and floor so just need to know how long the plumbing would take. The room is 8 ft x 5 ft and there is pipework to the adjacent bathroom which will need to be extended.

Depends if the room is 50ft x 50ft or 2ft x 2ft. There's no average size to try and even guess. It also depends on location of the suite and if extra piping is needed. Best to ask your plumber or builder.

Good plumber can do first fix of plumbing plus bath fixing in one day. Second fix he have to spend 1-2 days depends on type of items that have to be instaled. For ex. regular bath or bath with steam and lights, normal toilet or system toilet.
