Softening of subsoil due to water leakage from pipe in bathroom. Repairs needed?

Hi, There was leakage of water from pipe under the bath tub (now repaired) and this has resulted in softening of the subsoil. The bathroom floor and the nearby kitchen floor are uneven. What repair to do and what materials will be needed?

It sounds like the chipboard floor is soaked and will need to be replaced
