CAN FLUORESCENT LIGHTING BE REPLACED WITH TWO PENDANT FIXTURES?

Yes, the cable that is feeding the fluorescent light will now feed pendant number 1 you then need to take a cable from pendant 1 to feed pendant 2. I would also like to suggest that you get a qualified electrician to do this for you. I hope this helps

yes but you will need to check you have a power supply for each of the new lights
