Bathroom Fitting

Quadrant shower to be fitted into a small recess and protruding into bathroom.

Anonymous user 28/02/2024 - 3.28 PM

I have an 800 x 500 recess in my bathroom. I want to fit an 800 x 1000 or 800 x 1200 quadrant shower tray into the space. My problem is sourcing an enclosure to fit the space. Either 500 or 700 of the shower tray will protrude into the bathroom so the full size enclosure wont work. I thought that I might be able to source an 800 x 700 enclosure to fit the space but I cant find one. Maybe there are shower enclosures out there which are constructed in such a way that part of the enclosure may be used to fit the opening? Any ideas?

Hi, Have a look here: http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2060353.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.H0.X800mm+x+700mm+shower.TRS0&_nkw=800mm+x+700mm+shower&_sacat=0 or you could contact: The One Stop Plastic Shop, I use these guys quite often as their service is second to none. These will help you choose the best product to make your own enclosure with the kind of plastic the police riot shields are made of so it will be safe if you leaned on it, etc... http://www.theonestopplasticsshop.co.uk/polycarbonate-sheet-c-5.html?osCsid=5o882e8vvlndk3uj4e6im0lho2

Have you not thought about a wet room floor instead to suit your existing size?
