Mira PPT3 pump not running after new shower installed?

Hi all, i have just had a new thermostatic shower installed and it doesn't work! We have a mira ppt 3 pump in the loft and it isnt running when we turn on the shower, which is what it did before. It has an RCD which has tripped and won't reset. Could it be the RCD or the pump? Any ideas guys? Thanks Hi, Paul, im not sure, the pump is running now as the RCD has been replaced, there is a slow leak on one of the feet and it now running continuously until you manually turn it off.

If the supply from the RCD to the pump is ok then it sound like the pump.
