Water Tank Removal

Anonymous user 15/03/2024 - 2.34 PM

Hello, I have just moved into a flat and it looks like it has a combo boiler that is connected to the water tank and hot water cylinder. Is it possible to remove the water tank and cylinder as I would like to free up the space.

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Hello, I don't think its a combi boiler. Yes you can remove the tank and cylinder, however you will also have to change the boiler and new pipe work. Its called a conversion. Hope this helps Jay

the boiler you have is a system boiler you can change it for a combi if your mains water pressure is adequate.
