Height of or boundary wall

We have a side entrance on our house and neighbour has built a boundary wall which is over six foot tall can u please confirm the legal height this wall should be Thanks

As far as I'm aware anything over 2mtr needs planing permission But I'd suggest contacting your local building control

Usually for rear or side boundarys the height is 6feet. On the front is around 4feet. Double check with the local authority for confirmation. If over 2m high planning is usually required.

Definitely contact your local council, it is usual anything over 2 meters needs planning
