What is the best way to fix (central heating) screw hole in 10mm plastic coated coper pipe in a tight space?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Turn water off. if burst is on a combi boiler or sealed system drain heating circuit. Carefully cut out damaged section of pipe work, if it's really tight use a hacksaw blade then reconnect pipe with appropriate 10mm connections. If this is a gas supply you shouldn't undertake work yourself. Thanks hope I've been of some help.
