Bathroom dilemma - window above bath at tap end, how to fit a shower

Hi, We will be moving to a a new house soon that has a small and awkwardly shaped bathroom. The bath is positioned under a small window which makes it difficult to know how to fit a shower. The sink is at the other end of the bath so there isn't an option to build a false wall. This would also make the bathroom incredible dark. My questions are: 1) is it possible to position the shower on the side wall to the right of the window. 2) if not, I have seen double ended baths which position the shower in the middle of the bath. However, I cannot find an appropriate shower screen that would accommodate this (I do not want a shower curtain) - does anyone know if a shower screen exists for use with double ended baths. 3) Would a shower from the ceiling work or would the window pose an obstacle in this arrangement as well?
