My neighbour has connected her kitchen waste into my soil stack.

My neighbour banged up a conservatory and now has connected her kitchen waste into my soil stack, in the process coming onto my property removing the stack and drilling a hole in it, and leaking! Can she do this ?

No definetly not! That is your soul stack and is she blocks it up it's your problem. Contact building regs ur local authorities.
